In the lead-up to London’s most iconic race, we came alive with energy and connection. We partnered with Runnpac to host a Shakeout - a morning designed to lift spirits and spark momentum ahead of the London Marathon.
Runnpac is more than a run club. It’s a lifestyle, a brand, and a community. Rooted in running and built on purpose. Together we created something special.
With special guest Paralympic champion Richard Whitehead MBE in attendance, the day began with thoughts on mindset, resilience, and unlocking potential.
Then, we ran. A light 5K through London. Shared by first-timers and seasoned marathoners alike. It was inclusive, uplifting, and social.
At The BoTree, movement brings people together. Shakeout wasn’t just a run. It was a moment. A celebration of spirit, purpose, and community before the big day ahead.
