What is a Host?
In some ways, they’re a bit like a butler. Your personal connection to The BoTree. And during your stay, there’s not much they won’t know the answer to. Need advice for what to wear to Elton John’s white ball? Ask your host. Don’t know what gift to bring on a first date? Ask your host. Want to gather some friends for a private drinks party before your night out in Soho. Ask your host. Dogs need to be groomed? Ask your host. You get the picture. Our concierges are all members of a special society. There are less than 300 concierges in Great Britain qualified to wear the Golden Keys lapel pin. If that sounds like a lot, there are over 1,500 hotels in London alone so you won’t find one everywhere you go.
