T&C's - The programme will be continually evolving and so please do keep up to date the perks offered. Your tier status resets after the 31st December every year. The 20% F&B discounts can be used as many times as you want and must be pre-booked via Charles or the specific booking links you will be sent. The 50% rooms discount can be used up to twice per year, per person and is discounted from our best available rate.
