Mihai: Pretty special right? Being able to spread a little joy is one of
the best bits of my job. It’s what we Hosts do. Make a guest’s stay that
little bit more spectacular. A cake with your name on it is nice on your
birthday but when someone rings up and says “Can you help me with
some birthday decorations?” we like to pull out the stops and leave a
lasting impression.
