Come with a partner or call and we can pair you up. Couples yoga is a deeper way to practice and increase flexibility through deeper yoga poses and facilitated stretching. You will learn how to massage your partner, develop trust, and experience the healing power of touch with another human being.

Couples yoga thai massage modified for prenatal women and their partners. Home massage, Reflexology points, relaxation and breathing techniques for an easier labor and childbirth. Learn how partners can be connected to the birth process through yoga. Massage do's and don'ts for pregnant women.

How to Read without Glasses

How to Read without Glassess is a natural, eye training system consisting of a series of structured exercises. The program was developed by Dr. Ray Gottlieb and clinical evidence has shown that a large percentage of people over 40 continue to have clear near vision after using the exercises. Many people will eliminate the need for reading glasses altogether, others may reduce their dependence on glasses or reduce their prescription. All materials are included.

Developing a Home Practice

The perfect workshop for those wanting to supplement their yoga classes with a home yoga practice, or for those struggling with starting their own yoga routine. This workshop will cover: basic sequences for different times of day and energy levels, how to practice yoga safely and effectively on you own, tricks to help you get yourself motivated (to get off the couch and on your mat). We recommend this especially for those new to yoga or with current or previous injuries to help you start your own practice safely through understanding of the poses and practices best suited for your body.

Home Practice for a Healthy Back

Strengthen weak core muscles. Align the spine and skeletal system. Lenghten tight muscles. Relax your neck, shoulder and upper back. Learn what you can do at home to maintain a healthy back and neck. Not intended to acute injuries or pain.
