G U I D E L I N E S
Your
practice begins before you walk in the door.
Arrive
a few minutes early to sign in and prepare yourself for your
mindful practice.
Turn
off your cell phone. Preferably, leave it outside.
Please
do not wear perfumes or fragrances.
If
you arrive after class has started, please enter quietly.
Please
do not leave or enter the studio during the last 10 minutes of
each class.
Wear
comfortable clothing, and bare feet.
Please
consult with the teacher about any physical or medical conditions
you have before class.
Be kind to yourself and listen to your body.
Yoga
is about balance, not effort. If you are trying to
achieve anything, you are not doing yoga.
Always
practice at your own pace and most importantly, keep
your heart open.
